So, how can one facilitate an expected certification level in a construction project through the choice of faucets/showers?

Does FM Mattsson have mixers/showers for projects aiming for BREEAM-SE "Excellent" certification?

It cannot be stated that a single product or flow level meets a specific BREEAM certification level for an entire building. To achieve a certain certification level, the developer must be able to demonstrate the necessary points in the project's total point tally. The points are partially based on water consumption, but our faucets/showers can definitely contribute to a building's ability to acquire the required points. Extra points can also be obtained for the choice of building products with accepted content according to BREEAM - such as our faucets/showers made of lead-free brass.

Does FM Mattsson have BREEAM-rated mixers/showers?

It's a common misunderstanding that there are "BREEAM-rated" faucets/showers, but this is not the case. However, a faucet/shower with a specific flow rate can contribute points in the calculation of the building's total water consumption. Faucets/showers with customized flow rates can be found here.

Does FM Mattsson have mixers/showers for projects aiming for LEED "Platinum" certification?

It's the same situation here - a single product or flow level cannot meet a specific level of LEED certification for an entire building. However, it can contribute the necessary points for the building to reach the expected certification level.

Does FM Mattsson have LEED-rated mixers/showers?

There are also no "LEED-rated" faucets/showers. However, a faucet/shower with a specific flow rate can contribute points in the calculation of the building's total water consumption. Faucets/showers with customized flow rates can be found here.

Does FM Mattsson have Swan-labeled mixers/showers?

We have faucets/showers that can contribute to the building's Swan certification. The faucets/showers themselves are not Swan-labeled. Depending on the version and category of Swan to be used, there are requirements for energy class and/or flow rate that must be met.
